These panels are each 12"H x 9"W and consist of liquid asphalt (used in printmaking) painted on a combination of white cement mixed with plaster and mounted on wood panels with a thin wooden frame around the cement/plaster form. The asphalt is thick and has the consistency and color of raw molasses, deep brown sepia color, almost black.
The cement/plaster often has a texture that runs from slight to more pronounced.
Each panel has a small hanger, title, signature, and date on the back
